A refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of your reservation. For your convenience, we accept Visa, M/C, American Express and Discover as well as money orders/bank certified checks. Your final payment will be due on or before August 5th (Please allow 10-day processing time for checks so allow sufficient time when paying your by check/money order).
Mail all checks (payable to "Binnacle Travel") to 6 Pacer Court, Suite 225, Newark, DE 19717-2414. There will be a $25 charge for any checks returned for insufficient funds.

Call 1-877-936-2250 (302-234-9074 from outside the U.S.) to make your reservation. Should you get voice mail, please leave a detailed message (name, phone number, and best time to reach you) and a Binnacle Travel Reservation agent will call you back as soon as possible. Please note that our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 6pm EST. Any calls received after 6pm will be returned the next business day.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Please let us know if you require a hotel prior to or upon your return from the cruise. We have special hotel packages available through Princess Cruise Lines which can be added up until the final payment date. These hotels can fill up quickly so please let us know as soon as possible if you require these arrangements.
AIRLINE INFO
Round trip airfare to/from San Juan is available through Princess and may be purchased at the time of reservation. Please specify which city you wish to depart from and we will provide you with the applicable rate.
Because there are very competitive prices on the internet, many people choose to handle their own airfare arrangements. Please let us know if you’d like us to help you search for the best rates and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Because airfare is somewhat higher to San Juan, we are also currently negotiating lower rates through our wholesale air department
IMPORTANT AIRLINE INFORMATION:
When making your individual airline reservations, be sure to give yourself ample time to get to/from the airport. Our recommended flight arrival departure times are as follows:
Arrivals: The ship departs from San Juan at approximately 11:00pm on 10/24. We recommend being in San Juan no later than 9:00pm. San Juan Airport is approximately 30 minutes from the port.
Departures: Although the ship arrives early on 10/31, immigration procedures can take a few hours. No passenger is permitted to disembark the ship until all clearance procedures have been completed. Keep in mind that the airports are still requiring up to 2 hours prior to flight departure times. We recommend departure flights after 12:30pm from San Juan.
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Should you require airport transportation to/from the port, transfers can be purchased through Princess at the time we take your reservation. Please note that these transfers are airport transfers only (not to a hotel or other location) and are only valid on the actual day that the cruise departs and returns. The cost of these transfers is $30.00 Roundtrip. One-way transfers are also available upon request.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
As always, travel insurance is highly recommended. While we can offer insurance, we are not insurance agents and suggest that you visit the following companies to select and purchase the insurance that best fits your needs:

Princess Travel Care includes Trip Cancellation and Interruption Protection, which provides up to full reimbursement for non-refundable cancellation fees if you must cancel or curtail your trip due to covered medical conditions or other specified causes affecting you, your immediate family members or your traveling companions.
Princess Travel Care and Princess Travel Care Gold also offers unique flexibility that many other programs lack. If you have to cancel your cruise for a non-insured reason - any reason at all -you'll receive from Princess Cruises a future cruise credit equal to 75% (90% with Princess Travel Care Gold) of the normally non-refundable cancellation fees. Our Princess Travel Care plans provide coverage for most medical expenses while away from home including emergency evacuation should illness or injury occur during your trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation, the following guidelines apply (an additional $50 administrative charge will apply to all cancellations):
- Up Until 8/5 -- No Penalty
- 8/6 – 9/10 -- $250 Penalty
- 9/11 – 9/30 -- 50% Penalty
- 10/1 – 10/16 -- 75% Penalty
- 10/17 – 10/24 -- 100% Penalty
Your notice of cancellation must be sent by email or faxed to 888-234-7838, or 302-235-2947 from outside the U.S. No phone cancellations will be accepted.
